Please answer the questions in as little or with as many details as you would like. Of course feel free not answer any questions you are not comfortable with but remember it may affect whether we accept you or not. We love our puppies very much, they are our babies and we want to ensure they are going to the best possible homes. We are looking for loving and affectionate potential owners who will treat them as we would. If you feel you qualify, we would appreciate any information you would like to offer about yourself and your family. If we approve your questionnaire we will send you a detailed email with prices and availability of the puppy(s) listed above.
Our puppy fees range from $1000 - $1450
(not including transportation if needed)
