Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
Hello Friends! Welcome new subscribers!! Happy Holidays to All!! We are sending out our sincerest wishes to everyone for a happy and safe holiday season!!

This will also be a short newsletter since we know you are all just as busy as we are. Just a few announcements and changes. We will be back in January with our full newsletter including our health and holistic articles and topics.
Contest Winners
Congradulations January's "Japanese Chin of the Month" Panda
and
January's "Pup of the Month" Misty Lee, dachshund! It was a close race this month but Misty Lee managed to keep the lead and win with her cute photo dressed as Santa.
Stop by and see the winners pictures and vote for a winner in the February "Pup of the Month" Contest.

Congradulations also go out to Stephanie G. of Aliso Viejo, California who was our winner in the Gift Store Giveaway contest for December. She won our very popular Japanese Chin puppy calendar. Enter to win your free prize if you haven't already. You only need to enter once to win but you may enter the contest once per month to increase your odds.

CONTEST CHANGES:
We've decided to make a few changes in our contests since we've noticed a few problems since we allowed public voting for our "Pup of the Month" contest. We would like to allow each person to vote once per day in our contests but we've had a hard time finding a polling service that works accurately. We apologize for any problems anyone has encountered using our polls and we are doing everything we can to correct this problem. We have changed polling services and now allow one vote per 48 hours and hope that this program will restrict the voting as stated. If we continue to have issues with 'ballot stuffing' we will reduce the number of votes for that candidate and if necessary will restrict the contests to only one vote per computer for each contest.

We've also decided to increase the number of contestants in our "Pup of the Month" contest. In the March contest there will be twelve contestants instead of nine. We have received so many cute dog photo's and want to give more little ones the chance to compete!

Due to the overwhelming response to our free samples offer from Flint River Ranch and the popularity of our free dog stuff site, we are no longer offering free samples of Flint River Ranch dog foods. Instead we will have a monthly drawing to win a free bag of Flint River Ranch. Enter to win on our "Pup of the Month" contest page.

What's New
Hello Friends! Welcome new subscribers!! Happy Holidays to All!! We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend, we certainly did. The Chins LOVE turkey and turkey day! ;)

We apologize but this is going to be a short newsletter. We are very busy filling Christmas gift orders from the store and are preparing for puppies next month so we don't have the time to do our usual health/care articles.

The Japanese Chin puppy calendars have been selling really well this month, at least one daily. We've gotten orders as far away as Japan and Canada so the Chins are becoming famous around the globe! We are planning to have an even better calendar next year and we thank everyone for their photo contributions and purchases. We are very excited about the donation we will be able to make this year to JCCARE from the sales of the calendars and other Chin gift items. Next year we plan to produce several small dog breed calendars with proceeds being donated to various rescue and care efforts. We would love any photo contributions for the calendars if anyone would like to volunteer their services.
We've added a few new items to the store including a much larger Papillon collection and few others here and there. We are planning to include several other breeds soon including daschunds, schnauzers and more. We are always happy to here any comments or suggestions for other breeds or items.
Contest Winners
Congradulations December's "Japanese Chin of the Month" Chyna
and
December's "Pup of the Month" Holtz, Shih Tzu who won by a landslide!
See the contest page to vote for January's winner! You will be able to vote once per day for the entire month so stop by and help make your favorite entry the winner!
